If you’ve been feeling wired, tired, stretched thin, or stuck in stress mode this series is for you.

Over six weeks, you’ll learn simple, science-informed somatic breathwork practices designed to gently regulate your nervous system and bring your body back to calm. Each session builds on the last, helping you move from overwhelm toward steadiness, clarity, and resilience.

This is not intense or forceful breathwork. It’s grounding, accessible, and deeply supportive especially for women who carry a lot and rarely pause for themselves.
