About the event

Everyone can learn to use their breath as a tool for better health, better sleeps and to create more resilience in their body and mind to deal better with everyday stresses. This is a four week series that will focus on a few different areas to help you.

Week 1: Finding Safety in the body

Week 2: Using Breath as a Emotional Anchor

Week 3: Releasing Tension Through Movement and Breath

Week 4: Self-Compassion and the Breath
