Community Sound Immersion & Guided Inner Peace Meditation
I’m so grateful to be collaborating with Avon United Church in Hantsport to offer an affordable wellness gathering focused on connection, calm, and community care.
This special evening is designed to support whole-body wellbeing and make restorative practices accessible to everyone. A few bursaries are available.
You’ll be gently guided into meditation while the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and healing instruments help settle your nervous system and quiet the mind.
