🌿 Breath • Movement • Stillness 🌿
Join us Tuesday evenings for a gentle and mindful yoga practice rooted in classical traditions. Our focus will be on grounding breathwork (pranayama) and on gentle movement (asana). We will learn some simple mantras and give time for quiet reflection (savasana).
Breathe Mindfullness Centre in collaboration with Bless Your Path, is happy to offer their welcoming space so you may reconnect with your body, soften your mind, and tune in to what is true for you, all without pressure on performance or holding the perfect pose.
No experience needed. All bodies, experience levels and backgrounds are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel supported. We have extra yoga mats and lots of blankets and cushions for you to use. If you never tried yoga before, this might be your chance.
