About the event
The Steady Place
Sound Immersion & Guided Meditation with Pamela Lockhart
Finding a place of calm within, even when life feels anything but steady.
Life can bring experiences that shake us to our core. Grief, loss, change, and uncertainty can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
But even in the midst of life's difficulties, there can be a place within us where we can rest, reconnect, and find our footing.
The Steady Place is a gentle invitation to discover that inner space.
